Unlike other review sites, we don’t rely on our own personal opinion, but rather on the opinions of consumers. That’s why, in order to help our readers form their opinions on a solid and sound basis, all our analyses are carried out according to a precise protocol, using serious research.

We make every effort to provide clear, safe and error-free analyses. Now, even though this is very rare, we are not immune to error. So when you read a review on our site, it’s important to think critically. Just because a company receives a good or bad review on SOR doesn’t mean it’s the absolute truth. No one in the world is infallible, including us.

There are several reasons why a comment may not be published or may be deleted.

Here are the main ones:

 – If the comment is written in capital letters.
 – If the comment does not add anything important to the thread.
 – If the comment is posted in the wrong section.

Earning and retaining the trust of our readers is our primary objective, and we take it very seriously. For this reason, we strive to ensure that what you read on our site is reliable and trustworthy. To this end, we have a number of processes and mechanisms in place to help us authenticate every review we receive. In fact, that’s why all reviews must be manually approved.

There may be times when you need to delete your testimonial for one reason or another. We understand this and ask that a request be submitted via the SOR contact form. While we strive to respond quickly, including all information regarding the comment as well as the title of the original article will speed up the process.

It happens that some questions in the comments get no response from us, when this happens, it simply means that we don’t have an adequate answer for the question asked.

It’s possible to receive new comments on articles that interest you by e-mail. To do so, simply post a new comment and check the box ‘Notify me of upcoming comments by e-mail!’ you will then be subscribed to the weekly newsletter and will receive each new comment for the article in question in your e-mail box.

We review products based on customer experience, Internet research as well as the in-depth knowledge of our team. We never receive payment for article creation!

Creating valuable content involves serious research, content creation, article writing, copy editing and fact checking. Not to mention maintenance and hosting, running such a site comes at a price. To cover all these costs, we have 2 main sources: affiliation and advertising.

1. Affiliation

In some articles on this site, we offer affiliate links to certain products, services and resources. And, as a result, we earn a commission if you decide to purchase through our affiliate links. First and foremost, we want to fully disclose this relationship, but also reassure you that no financial incentive influences what we say about any particular product or service. What’s more, it doesn’t change the final price you pay. In fact, whether you go through our affiliate link or directly to the official sales site, the price will be the same!

2. advertising

Some discreet, suitable and non-intrusive advertising is also placed on our website for a fee. The price is determined on a case-by-case basis for periods ranging from one week to one year.

Please note, however, that our primary objective is to provide a user-friendly browsing experience. To this end, we follow the best possible publishing practices to keep the site pleasant and minimally intrusive. You’ll never find camouflaged advertising or pop-ups on Scam Or Reliable!

No, we never accept money or services in exchange for publishing a good review or recommending a product.

Our goal is to provide unbiased, honest information that our readers can trust completely. Accepting any form of payment for positive reviews or ratings goes against our overall mission and everything we stand for in terms of ethics and commitment to our readers.

In contrast to other review sites available on the Internet, we don’t test products ourselves, to be honest, we think it’s hard to believe that review sites that test products can actually test dozens, if not hundreds, of products every year. And in any case, it will always be their personal opinion at the end of the day.

We, on the other hand, do in-depth research to find out what consumers who have actually used the product think. In this way, we’re able to see what the general trend is, and what the real reputation of a product is, without taking into account our own personal opinion. Only consumer opinion counts!

We make these decisions based on demand. Indeed, most evaluations are carried out at the request of our visitors. However, it’s not uncommon for a company to request that its product or service be featured on our site. If it meets our standards and aligns with our strategy, we may feature it, but again, no money is exchanged by either party.

Absolutely! Your personal information is confidential, will never appear in your comment and will never be shared with third parties. All we publish with comments is the username used.
